Returns

If you decide to change your mind and no longer desire the product for any reason, we provide a full refund as long as the products has not been opened or tested, simply email BA’CHERI@Facecare.com, explaining why you would like to send the product back and what account you would prefer for the refund to be transferred into, once we have received the item then the refund process will be imitated. It may take between 1-2 weeks for the refund to hit your account.
