All of our ingredients are displayed on the packaging of our products. the main ingredients and effects of our products are also displayed in our product pre-order section to get a better insight on what the iteam contains.

All of our products are animal cruelty free as we do not tolerate this act and are currently planning to minimize the use of animals to test product care around the world.

Most of our products are vegan friendly, extracted from pure organic products without the use of any lab made ingredients. however some products may use ingredients from animals this will be visibly displayed on our packaging.

As of currently we only sell products on our official website www.Ba’cheri.co.uk any products that are sold somewhere else may be false and not supported by us. we are working with trusted retailers to introduce these products to youre local body care shops around the UK for easier accesabilty.

We currently do not own any stores as of now.

Our delivery times vary from 3-15 business days depending on the product and its quantity email Ba’cheri@support for enquires on wholesale quantity of products.

The product restore process may vary, any products that are out of stock will be displayed on the website and will not be allowed to purchase. in case of any errors happening snd the product you have purchased is out of stock, there will be an immediate refund process in action.

Our products are safe for child use however you should still take precaution when deciding to use the product on your child, our products are not consumable therefore it is best to keep out of a child’s reach.

Encase of this error by our team simply email us at Ba’cheri@support explaining the product you have received, once we received the product you have been given we will issue a full refund or the right product depending on the action you would like to take.

we currently do not allow our customers to change their products once the transaction has been made however if you do not like the product you have received and have changed by mind we will issue a full refund as long as the packaging is sealed and un used.

Our discounted products will be promoted on our website with a clear price reduction, the prices and the products may very and will not last forever.

We do support occasional promotional codes, these will be advertised on our website for a limited period of time.
